The seller is also responsible for ensuring that the product information displayed on BuyVero is correct, complete and not misleading.
Role of BuyVero
BuyVero provides marketplace support and helps customers connect with sellers. BuyVero may assist in order updates, payment coordination, return requests, refund coordination and customer support, but the actual product responsibility remains with the seller unless otherwise stated.
BuyVero does not claim ownership of third-party seller products.
Delivery and Courier
BuyVero does not operate its own courier service. Product delivery is handled by independent third-party courier and logistics partners. Delivery timelines, tracking updates, pickup attempts and delivery attempts depend on the courier partner, seller location, customer location and serviceability.
BuyVero may help coordinate between the customer, seller and courier partner for delivery-related concerns.
Product Information
Product images, size, color, specifications, warranty, packaging and availability are provided by the respective seller or brand. BuyVero makes reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, but minor differences may occur due to seller updates, lighting, photography, screen display or batch variation.
Commission-Based Marketplace
BuyVero works on a marketplace commission model. Sellers use the BuyVero platform to sell their products, and BuyVero may earn commission or platform service charges from sellers for completed sales or platform services.
